Dynamic Constitution that adopts to time

Dynamic Constitution that adopts to time
--------------------------------------------------

Any well written Constitution cannot and will not address the needs of society as time goes by so the Constitution should be reviewed and modified every 25 years. In order for this to happen on a regular basis a Constitution Committee of about 100 members from all walks of life and from all age groups between 18 and 90 should actively consider current trends and needs and write their suggestions. Input (as letters, vocal, electronic) from anyone (through all practical forms - blog, web comments etc) should be considered debated and written in the Constitution Committee's log. The tenure for a Constitution Committee should be 5 years, every 5 years a new committee with new members should be formed to collect, group, categorize and debate the idea and to log them. Once every 25 years the entries in the Constitution committee logs should be summarized and debated by the law makes (Not the Constitution committee members) and adopted for debate in the floor of the law making houses and modify the Constitution as necessary according to the proceedings give later to pass that into a law.

Thus the Constitution Committee and revaluation/modification of the Constitution every 25 years will keep the Constitution current and practical to the needs of the time.
